COMMUNICATION

The first step is getting in communication with millions of Black people all over the world. Through TAG TEAM websites, TAG TEAM's live events, products and business opportunity, we are doing just that. Each day, more and more positive brothers and sisters join the TAG TEAM Movement. Our database of Black people is growing in leaps and bounds.

EDUCATION

Next, we teach Black people how to achieve great success in business using the TAG TEAM System, our unique step by step approach to building business in the Black community. The TAG TEAM System uses love, unity and Black culture to create a superior working atmosphere where Black people WANT to work, rather than HAVE to work. When applied correctly, the TAG TEAM System produces phenomenal results in Black businesses, generating millions.

MARKETING

Next, we market (promote and sell) the products and services of various Black-owned businesses that utilize the TAG TEAM System, to our growing membership. Members of the Black Star Business Opportunity (called "Marketers") sell their products to their friends and family members, and invite others to become Marketers in the Movement as well. As the Movement grows, so do the amount of sales we make of products from the companies in our Black Business Network.

FINANCE (future)

In the future, we will enter the banking industry and create a specialized Black banking institution. This will allow the Black business community to put together the money they are earning from our marketing efforts, and earn higher interest, while recycling the money back into the Black community. This bank will provide loans for small Black businesses and also finance major projects including the manufacturing and distribution of Black made products and services (see below).

MANUFACTURING (future)

In the future, we will begin manufacturing many products that we are already selling for Black-owned companies. By providing this additional manufacturing service, we will ensure the quality of the products we are selling, reduce the wholesale cost of the products, and create countless jobs in the Black community.

DISTRIBUTION (future)

In the future, we will warehouse the products that we are manufacturing, and ship them to consumers, wholesalers and retailers all over the world. We will also sell the merchandise at TAG TEAM sponsored retail locations around the world. This will bring quality Black made products to the people of the world, while bringing great fortunes to countless Black business owners.
